We are located on the first floor at 1 Banashankari 2nd Stage. It is a decent enough spot, and we have been working out of this particular office for a while now. Mostly, our days are filled with looking at maps, talking to folks about different plots, and dealing with all the legal papers that come with land and building stuff. It can get a bit overwhelming with all the documents stacked up on the desks, but we try to keep it as organized as we can. People walk in wanting to know where the next project is or if we have something that fits within their budget. We spend a lot of time out on the field too, checking on sites and seeing how the work is progressing. Banashankari is a nice area, and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is just a few of us here trying to help people find a place to build their homes. Sometimes the government approvals take longer than we want, and we have to explain that to our clients. It is just the way the industry works. We drink a lot of tea while going through layouts and blueprints. We do not use big words to impress anyone; we just tell them what is available and what the situation is.
