Our office is on the first floor over at 3291 Agara M G Road, right next to the Snap Fitness Gym. You can often hear the music or the sound of weights clanking if the windows are open. We spend our days looking at property plans and talking to people about land and buildings. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at maps of the area. MG Road is always moving, so there is plenty of noise from the street below us. We have a few desks scattered around and a small table where we meet with clients who drop by. It’s not the biggest office but it works for what we do. Sometimes we see people coming out of the gym while we’re heading out for lunch. We’ve been working in property for a while and we know the local landscape pretty well. It’s mostly about paperwork and keeping track of who is buying what and where things are being built. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get our work done and try to stay organized. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and regulations but we've gotten used to it over the years. We stay busy enough and the location is good for meeting people halfway. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours, focusing on the details of development without making a big fuss about it.
