We are located at 74/3 Someshwara Lyt on Kodichiknahalli Road in the Bilekahalli area of Bangalore. We’re right next to the Shanthiniketan College Gate, so there are always lots of students and small shops around. Cornerstone India Pvt Ltd is just a simple office on the ground floor. It’s not one of those huge tech parks on the outskirts of the city. The traffic on B.G. Road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it. Our office is a bit cluttered with books and old files, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a fancy HR department or a big boardroom. We usually just gather around one of the desks if we need to talk about something. It’s a very casual place. We don’t wear suits and we don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords. Most of us have lived in Bangalore our whole lives, so we know the city well. We often order food from the small place around the corner for lunch. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t have a big sign with lights on it. We just have our name on the door. We don't spend a lot of time on "branding" or stuff like that. We just focus on the work that’s right in front of us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run a business.
