Copal Partners

Copal Partners is located near the Forum Mall in Kormangla, Bangalore. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know the traffic can be a nightmare almost any time of day. We see the crowds heading to the mall while we are sitting in our office trying to get through the afternoon. Our space is functional and mostly full of computers and some old filing cabinets. Being in Bangalore, everything feels fast-paced, but we try to keep our own rhythm. We deal with finance and data, which means we spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and numbers. It isn't the most exciting thing to talk about at a party, but it’s what we are good at. We don't have a fancy breakroom, just a small corner with a kettle for tea. Sometimes we walk over to the mall just to get out of the office for a bit and see some sunlight. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just tell people what we found in the data and let them decide what to do with it. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and a few newer faces. We don't have a strict dress code, so you'll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. It’s a relaxed environment, even when the workload gets a bit heavy towards the end of the month.
