We are tucked away in a residential-feeling part of Bangalore, which is nice compared to the busy main roads. The building is a regular structure, and our space is filled with drawings, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. Being in the construction and engineering field, we have a lot of technical stuff lying around. It’s not a polished corporate showroom. It’s a working office. We have people coming and going, discussing site plans and engineering values. Bangalore traffic is always a topic of conversation in the morning when everyone arrives. We spend our days looking at figures and blueprints. It’s a lot of brain work and sometimes it gets a bit stressful, but we manage. We don't have a fancy cafeteria. Usually, we just order something or bring dabbas from home. The neighborhood is good, and we’ve settled into a nice rhythm here. It’s just a group of professionals doing their thing in a quiet corner of the city. We have a big white board that is always covered in scribbles and diagrams. It never stays clean for long.
