Convergys

We are based on the top floor of building 631, right on 7th Main in Vijayanagar. Being up here in Bangalore - 40 means we get a decent view of the rooftops, even if it gets a bit hot under the ceiling in the summer. Convergys is just a bunch of us working through the daily tasks. The stairs are okay for the first few flights but by the time you reach the top floor, you might be a bit out of breath. We have a simple office setup with enough desks for everyone. Vijayanagar is always crowded, especially near the main roads, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. It is just a place where people show up and get their work done. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around, but usually, it is fine. We have some plants by the window that we forget to water sometimes. The office feels lived-in and real, not like those sterile places you see in movies. We take our breaks when we can and usually go downstairs for a quick snack. It is a regular job and we try to do it right. If you come by, you'll probably see us buried in work or chatting near the water cooler.
