Our office is located right in the middle of Rajajinagar, specifically on 14th Main in the 3rd Block. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is always moving. Convergys India Services has been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the street. It’s a decent-sized building at 805/23. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some stairs and an elevator that sometimes takes its time. Most of the staff here live around the city and take the bus or ride their scooters in. The work is steady and keeps us all busy from morning until evening. We handle various service requests and the phones never really stop ringing. Sometimes we go out to the small shops nearby for a quick snack or coffee when things get a bit too quiet. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a practical workspace where we manage our tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. Rajajinagar is a good place to be because of the connectivity. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this street while we’ve stayed put. It’s a reliable spot for us. We just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do without making much of a fuss. The team here is mostly made of local folks who know the 14th Main like the back of their hand. We don't have any fancy statements hanging on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few old photos.
