We are located at 455, Srinidhi Nilayam, on the 2nd Cross in Munnekolala. It’s right in the Marathahalli area of Bangalore, which everyone knows is always packed with traffic and people. Converging Concepts And Solutions is our little slice of that busy neighborhood. We work out of a building that looks like many others on the street. Inside, it is mostly just us sitting around laptops and talking about different projects. We handle concepts and solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help people figure out their business problems. It’s not a flashy place with bean bags or ping pong tables. We just have sturdy desks and good light. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but we get used to it. We aren't corporate types who use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk like normal people. If a solution isn't working, we say so and try something else. We spend a lot of time on the 2nd Cross, and we know the local shops well. It’s a decent place to be if you want to be near the action in Bangalore. We don't have a big marketing plan. Most people find us because someone else told them we do okay work. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day-to-day stuff. It is a lot of hard work but we wouldn't have it any other way.
