Convergeon

Convergeon is situated at 604 on the 1st Floor of 75th ‘A’ Cross. This is in the 6th Block of Rajajinagar, Bangalore-560010. Being in Rajajinagar means we are right in the middle of a very active part of the city. There’s always something happening outside, from people shopping to the sounds of the local market. Our office is on the first floor, so we can see the street from our windows. It’s not a fancy corporate office. It’s just a few rooms with partitions and some basic furniture. We have a lot of cables running around because we’ve added more computers over time. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some old notes. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to handle our public image. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in the office at once, but we manage. We don't have any scripted ways of talking to people. We just speak normally and try to be helpful. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get here. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big boss who sits in a corner office. We all sit together and work on whatever needs finishing. It’s just how we do things here, keeping it plain and simple in the heart of Rajajinagar.
