Conrad Software Solutions India Pvt Ltd is located over in BTM 1st Stage in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know BTM is always buzzing with people and traffic. We are in the More Building, specifically on the 20th Main Road. It’s a busy street in Maruthi Nagar. Being in Bangalore, there’s always something happening with technology, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We aren't one of those massive companies with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller group of people who actually enjoy the software work we do. The office has that typical Bangalore startup-turned-stable vibe. It’s a bit noisy outside because of the main road, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of typing. We don't really have time for big mission statements. We just focus on the code and the projects we have in front of us. Some days are longer than others, especially when we’re trying to fix a stubborn bug. There’s a lot of good food around BTM, which is a nice perk for our lunch breaks. We’ve been at No C 5 for a while and it feels like home now. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a bunch of software folks doing our bit in this huge city. It’s simple, honest work and we like the community we’ve built here. We just try to get the job done and go home satisfied.
