We operate out of both Chennai and Bangalore, so we are often moving between these two busy cities. Connectm Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is a place where we spend a lot of time looking at code and fixing technical issues that come up. In Chennai, the heat is always there, and the humidity can be a bit much when you're walking to the office, but we have the fans and the AC going to keep us focused. Over in Bangalore, the weather is nicer but the traffic is a nightmare when we try to get to our desks in the morning. We don't have one single huge building with a giant logo; it’s more about the desks and the computers we use every day to get the work done. Some of us have been here for years, and we just know the routine by heart now. We sit in our chairs, drink far too much coffee, and try to solve problems as they pop up on the screens. It’s not a glamorous life with fancy perks. We just have our workstations and each other to get through the deadlines. Sometimes we stay late when a project is acting up, and the offices get quiet except for the sound of typing on the keyboards. We don't do a lot of talking about big ideas or visions; we just do the work that needs doing right now. It’s a practical setup for a group of people who just want to get things right and go home.
