Even though it is a big building, our office feels fairly small and personal. We have a lot of computers because we deal with technology solutions, but it’s mostly just people sitting and thinking. The traffic outside on Sarjapur road is legendary and we often hear the honking even from several floors up. We try to keep things low-key inside the office. There are no bean bags or ping pong tables here, just desks and chairs and the work that needs to get finished. We spend our days dealing with software and hardware problems. It is a lot of trial and error sometimes. The team is a mix of people from all over, but we all just get along and do the job. We don't go in for those corporate retreats or big motivational speeches. We just show up, do the work, and try to get home before the traffic gets even worse. It is a practical way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary fluff you see in other places. Usually we head out around six or so.
