Confiminds Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is a bit of a split operation. We have people working out of both Bangalore and Hyderabad. It means we spend a lot of time on video calls and messaging apps, trying to stay on the same page. Both cities have their own headaches, like the traffic in Bangalore or the heat in Hyderabad, but we manage to make it work. We don't have one of those massive campuses with a gym and a cafeteria. Our spaces are much smaller and more practical. It’s mostly just rows of computers and a lot of tangled wires under the desks. We aren't the kind of company that puts out press releases or has a big social media presence. We’re too busy actually writing code or fixing bugs to worry about that. Some of us have been here since the start, and others joined along the way. We don't have a strict dress code; as long as you show up and do the work, nobody cares what you're wearing. It can be a bit disorganized at times, especially when we’re trying to coordinate between the two cities, but we always figure it out in the end. It’s just a group of people who know how to build software without making a big deal out of it. We keep things simple and focus on the task at hand. It's just a job that we enjoy doing most of the time.
