You can find us over at No 5 on the 4th Main, just at the 1st Cross in Navodaya Nagar. This part of JP Nagar 7th Phase is actually quite nice, though the roads can be a bit bumpy sometimes. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a regular house that we turned into a workspace. It feels a lot more comfortable than being in a big commercial park with all those security gates. We have a small team here. We mostly just sit around the main table and talk through what needs to be done for the day. There’s no big hierarchy or anything. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us just grabs the broom. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We have our computers and our notebooks and that’s about all we need. Bangalore weather is usually good to us, so we leave the windows open to get some air. Sometimes the monkeys from the trees nearby come onto the roof and make a lot of noise, which can be distracting. But we just keep working through it. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We handle the tasks that come in and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood. It’s been our base for years and we don’t see that changing anytime soon.
