We are located at No S-1129, 5th Cross in Bharath Nagar 2nd Phase. This is out near Byadarahalli, along the Magadi Main Road in Bangalore. It’s quite a way from the city center, which means we avoid some of the heaviest traffic, but Magadi Road has its own challenges. The area is developing fast, so there is always some construction or roadwork happening nearby. Our building is a simple structure on a residential street where Confidential operates. We’ve turned a few rooms into our workspace. It feels more like a house than an office, which we actually prefer. It’s comfortable and doesn't feel cold or clinical. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes stand and talk during breaks. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of cables. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We aren’t using any big management strategies; we just know what needs to be done and we do it. The staff mostly comes from the surrounding areas like Byadarahalli or further up the main road. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change around us. It’s a quiet life for the most part, focusing on our daily grind and making sure we stay on top of our work without making a big fuss.
