Our place is located at 212 Papanna Compound. It’s right behind the water tank in Beltur, near Kadugudi Post. If you are looking for us, the water tank is the best landmark to use. This part of Bangalore is a bit further out, but it’s growing fast. We’ve been here since before some of the newer buildings went up. The compound is a mix of different small businesses and some living spaces. It gets a bit dusty when the wind blows, and the road isn't the smoothest, but we like the community feel here. Our space is just a basic unit. We have a couple of tables, some chairs, and our computers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us. The day starts early to beat the heat. No fancy management software or big strategy sessions here. We just look at what needs to be finished and we do it. Sometimes we sit outside for a break and watch the activity in the compound. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a marketing budget to make ourselves sound better than we are. We are just a local business in Kadugudi trying to provide for our families and keep our customers happy. It’s a straightforward life, and we are okay with that. We might not have the best air conditioning in the world, and sometimes the power fluctuates, but we just keep going. It’s about getting the tasks done and being fair to the people we work with. We’re just a part of the daily life around the water tank.
