Conditions Apply

Our business, Conditions Apply, is situated in the SMS Chamber over in New Thippasandra. We are right on Sankey Road, at number 10. It is a pretty well-known spot in this neighborhood. The building has a lot of different offices in it, so there is always someone new in the elevator or the hallway. We have a decent space here that we’ve made our own over the years. It’s not perfect—the walls could use a new coat of paint and the carpet is a bit worn in places—but it’s where we do our work. New Thippasandra is a great area because it has everything you need within walking distance. We often go out for a walk along Sankey Road when we need a bit of fresh air. The office itself is usually a bit cluttered with papers and books. We aren't the most organized people in the world, but we know where the important stuff is. We don't have a big HR department or anyone telling us how to dress. We just show up and do what needs to be done. It feels like a real community inside the SMS Chamber. We know the people in the next office over and sometimes we share a quick word in the morning. It’s a very grounded way to spend the day. We are just a local team trying to stay busy and keep things moving forward from our spot at number 10. The Sankey Road area has a lot of trees and it makes the walk much nicer.
