We work out of D Block at Sumadhura Anantham, specifically apartment 434 on Manipal County Road in Bangalore. It’s a bit different than being in a regular office building since it’s an apartment complex, but it works well for us. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which keeps the stress levels down. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for keeping our records. It’s a very quiet environment because we aren't right on a main commercial road. We’ve been here for a bit and have a nice routine going. Most days start with a bit of a talk about what needs to be handled first, and then we just get to it. There isn't any fancy lobby or a big sign outside. We like the privacy and the calm of this location. Since it’s a residential area, there’s some greenery around and it’s a lot more peaceful than the city center. We handle everything from here, from the paperwork to the daily operations. We don’t have any complicated corporate structures or anything. It’s just a few of us doing our jobs in a way that makes sense. It’s a practical and honest way to spend our working hours on Manipal County Road.
