Concorde Group

Our office is set up in Padmanavanagar, which is part of the Banshankari area here in Bangalore. It is a pretty residential part of town, so things are usually a bit quieter than the city center, though the main roads still get packed during rush hour. We have been working out of this location for some time, focusing on our projects and dealing with the day-to-day business that comes our way. The building we are in is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood well. We spend most of our time at our desks or out meeting people around the site. There is no big marketing department here, just us trying to keep things moving forward. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the street when things get slow. We like being in Banshankari because it feels more like a community than a corporate park. The walls of the office have a few maps and charts pinned up, mostly showing what we are working on at the moment. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we just care that the work gets done correctly. Every morning we open up, check the lists, and get started on whatever is most urgent. It is a practical way to run things, and it seems to work out okay for us and the people who come to see us regularly.
