We are located at 63/3 Sunkadakatte. It’s a busy area and the office is pretty much what you’d expect for a local tech business. We deal with various technology needs that people in the neighborhood have. It might be fixing a computer that won't start or helping someone set up a network. We have a lot of parts and tools lying around. It’s not a showroom where everything is polished and shiny. It’s more of a workspace. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Sometimes you think a fix will take ten minutes and it ends up taking three hours. That’s just how it goes with electronics. The street outside is usually loud with traffic, so we are used to the noise. We just stay focused on the work at hand. People stop by with all sorts of questions about their gadgets. We try to give them a straight answer without using too much jargon. If we can fix it, we tell them. If it's trash, we tell them that too. It’s a small operation, just a few of us here. We aren't a big corporation with departments for everything. We just do the work as it comes in. Most days start with a cup of tea and a look at the repair pile. It keeps us busy and that’s fine by us.
