Our place is located in J P Nagar 4th Phase, at No. 308 on 4th A Main Road. It’s a solid part of Bangalore to be in, with plenty of houses and shops around us. We’ve been based here for a good while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with desks and some storage shelves. We don't have any big posters or mission statements on the walls. We prefer to just get on with the work we have to do. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time, which helps us focus. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we’re used to the way things go around here. We try to get in before the traffic gets too heavy, but it’s always a bit of a gamble. Once we’re at the office, it’s just about working through the list of tasks for the day. We don’t have a lot of formal meetings. If someone needs help, they just ask. Lunch is usually a simple affair, either brought from home or picked up from one of the nearby stalls. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. We don’t try to be something we aren't; we're just a group of people working together in J P Nagar to keep things running smoothly.
