Conceptia Software Technology is over in J.P. Nagar, Bangalore. We are on 1st B Cross, right near the 23rd Main in Maranhallo. If you know Bangalore, you know the traffic around J.P. Nagar can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office is at Door No 18. It’s a typical tech setup with rows of monitors and a lot of coffee being consumed. We aren’t one of those massive companies with a glass building. We are a smaller crew working on software projects every day. Some of us have been here since the start. The 23rd Main area is always buzzing, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch. We spend most of our time coding or troubleshooting things that don't work the way they should. It’s a lot of trial and error. The office can get a bit cluttered with hardware and old notebooks, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do big presentations or fancy meetings. Usually, we just huddle around a screen and figure things out. It’s quiet work for the most part. Bangalore is full of software places, but we like our little corner in J.P. Nagar. It feels like home to us. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on schedule. There is always someone checking the clock to see if it's time for snacks.
