Conceptia Software Technologies Pvt Ltd is at 124 Banashankari 8th Main, G M Palya. It's a part of town that feels quite different from the central business districts. There’s a lot of local life happening around here. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a straightforward space. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see us working at our desks. There’s always a bit of a hum from the computers and the fans. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, though you get the usual sounds of the city like a passing auto-rickshaw or someone selling vegetables on the street. We find it’s a good place to focus. We don't spend money on expensive decor. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some notes pinned up. It’s a very functional environment. We take turns making tea in the afternoon. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules to get things done. We just know what needs to be handled. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky, and other times we leave early if the work is finished. It’s a flexible, honest sort of place. We just try to do a decent job every day without making a big deal out of it. It works for us.
