Our place is over in Lalbahadur Shastri Nagar. It is not a huge office or anything, just a comfortable spot where we handle computer stuff. People from around the neighborhood bring in their laptops when they will not start or when the screen breaks. We have cables and spare parts sitting on almost every shelf in the back. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We are not like those big service centers where you have to take a number and wait for hours. You just walk in and tell us what is wrong. We spend most of our day looking at screens and typing. It is quiet work for the most part. Lalbahadur Shastri Nagar is a nice area, mostly residential, so we see a lot of the same people coming back. We do not have a big sign with flashing lights. Just a small board so you know you are at the right place. We do software installs and hardware fixes. Sometimes we help people set up their home internet if they are having trouble. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just explain what needs fixing in plain English. It is a small operation. Just a couple of us working through the pile of repairs on the desk. We stay open pretty late most nights. It is just how it goes when people need their computers back fast for school or work.
