Start with 153/2 on 7th Main in Malleshwaram. We have been here for a good number of years. It’s a busy street and sometimes finding a place to park a scooter is a real chore. Inside, it's mostly stacks of servers and networking cables. Compulease Networks Pvt Ltd isn't a fancy corporate setup. We have old desks and the floor is a bit worn out from moving heavy gear around. Our day usually starts with checking the hardware that came back from leases. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s not too hot. We handle a lot of tech stuff but we talk about it in simple terms. No one here wears a tie. We’re usually in t-shirts and covered in a bit of dust. It gets quite chaotic during the month-end when everyone wants their equipment serviced at once. We just drink our tea, put on some music, and get through the pile of work. It’s a small team and we’ve known each other forever. We don't have big meetings. We just shout across the room if something needs doing. It works for us.
