Comfort Cabs

Our office is located at Number 6 on 16th C Main, over in HAL 2nd Stage. It’s near the Kodihalli area on the way toward Harni Road. This is where we manage the cars and the drivers. It’s a small room with a lot of maps and a big whiteboard where we keep track of the shifts. There’s always someone coming or going, usually a driver dropping off keys or picking up a logbook. The street outside can get pretty crowded with our vehicles, but we try to keep things orderly. We don’t have a fancy waiting room for customers because most of our work happens over the phone or through the drivers on the road. There’s a small desk with a computer and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. We’ve been at this spot for a good while, and the neighbors know us well. Sometimes the tea man comes by in the afternoon, and we take a quick break. We don't have a big corporate logo on the wall or any awards on display. It’s just a place where we make sure the cars are running and the schedules are met. The floor is a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s a productive space. We just focus on the day-to-day business of getting people where they need to go.
