Colombia Developers is located at 45 BTM Layout 2nd Stage in the Tapkir Nagar area of Kalewadi. We are very close to the Udupi Garden Restaurant which is a big landmark that everyone knows. If you can find the restaurant then you are basically at our doorstep. We work on building projects and developing land for people who want to stay in this area. BTM Layout is a very busy place with lots of students and office workers everywhere. Our office is a bit tucked away but we like it that way because it is easier to focus on the plans. We spend many hours looking at blue prints and talking to contractors about materials and labor. Sometimes we have to go out to the construction sites to make sure everything is going okay and that the workers have what they need. It gets dusty and loud out there but that is part of the job. We have been in Kalewadi for a while now and we have seen the whole neighborhood grow up around us. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and models, we just have a plain office where we do the real work. People come in to ask about when a project will be finished or if we have any new plots. We give them the facts and show them the progress we have made on the sites.
