We are over here at Goldenwoods Apartments in Basavanagar. It's a quiet spot on 1st Cross in Talacauvery Layout. Cogcons It India Private Limited is mostly just a few of us working on tech stuff from this office. People sometimes get confused finding the entrance because it's part of the residential complex, but once you're in R4477, you’ll see our setup. We have been in Bangalore for a while now. Most days are spent sitting at the desks, looking at screens and trying to figure out IT problems that come up. It isn't a flashy place with glass walls or a big lobby. Just some chairs, computers, and a lot of coffee. We handle various software tasks and technical support. It gets busy during the weekdays. We don't really do big meetings here unless someone drops by the layout. Usually, we just stick to the work at hand. The neighborhood is nice enough, and being in a place like Goldenwoods makes it feel less like a stuffy office and more like a regular workspace. We keep things pretty simple. No fancy dress codes or complicated rules around the office. Just a small team trying to get things done right here in Bangalore. If you know the area near Basavanagar, you know it's a bit tucked away from the main city chaos, which helps us focus. We have been operating out of this apartment block for some time and it works for us.
