Codes N Ideas is over at 881 in Lakshmaiah Block, right in Indira Nagar. It’s on the 6th Main and 11th Cross. Most people know the area because of the Health and Glow nearby, which is a handy landmark when we’re explaining where we are. Indira Nagar is a bit of a trendy place these days, but our corner feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood. We have a modest setup. It’s basically just a few rooms where we huddle over our screens and talk through problems. The street outside gets quite a lot of foot traffic. We often see people walking by on their way to the shops or cafes. Our office isn't one of those high-tech glass buildings. It’s more of a traditional structure with windows that actually open. We like the fresh air when the weather is nice. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out, but we don’t mind. We aren't big on formalities. We dress casual and keep things low-key. There’s a small pantry where we spend too much time talking about things that aren't work. We just show up every day and do our bit. It’s a practical way to live. No one here is trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We just want a quiet enough place to think and get our tasks finished before the evening traffic hits the 6th Main.
