Codebios Technologies is located over in RT Nagar, specifically on 5th Cross in V Nagenahalli. This area is a bit more residential, so it’s usually quieter than the main roads. We have our office in a building at number 45. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with chairs. When you walk in, you just see a bunch of people working on their laptops. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s easy to get to, and there are plenty of small shops around for whatever we need during the day. We mostly focus on coding and tech support. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of concentration, so the quiet street helps us out a lot. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us. We share the work and help each other out when someone gets stuck on a hard problem. We don’t really do formal meetings. If we need to talk about a project, we just pull up a chair next to someone. The office has a few windows that let in some light, and we keep things pretty tidy. RT Nagar is a good place for a business like ours. It feels grounded. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want a comfortable place where we can get our work done every day and then head home.
