Co-Ordinetor

Our office is based in J P Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a lively part of the city with plenty of things going on. We work as coordinators, which basically means we spend our time organizing things for other people. Whether it's managing schedules, fixing appointments, or making sure paperwork gets to the right place, we handle the behind-the-scenes stuff. It’s not a very glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have a small workspace with a few desks, some phones, and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It's just a few of us working together to make sure things don't fall through the cracks. We’ve lived in Bangalore for a long time, so we know how to navigate the city and who to call when something needs to be done quickly. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files and sticky notes, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy management talk. We just listen to what needs to be organized and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and sending emails. People come to us when they have too much on their plate and need a bit of help sorting it out. We enjoy the puzzle of fitting all the pieces together. It’s just a regular local service for people in the neighborhood and beyond, keeping things moving along without making a big deal out of it. It is what it is.
