You can find us over at 16/2 Narshima Jois Lane, right near the Nagarth Pet Cross in Bangalore-2. It is one of those older parts of the city where the lanes are narrow and the buildings are built quite close together. Our space is simple and functional. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Most people find us because they know the area or someone told them where we are. Inside, the shelves are mostly filled with folders and ledgers. We spend the day coordinating different tasks and making sure everyone is on the same page. It involves a lot of phone calls and writing things down on paper. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear, but that is just life in this part of Bangalore. We don't use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and a notebook are just easier to handle. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, so we have a few lamps around the desks. It feels like a very traditional way of working compared to the newer parts of the city. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often stop for a quick chat when we are out getting tea. It is a grounded place where we just focus on the task at hand without overcomplicating things at all.
