Cluster Technology

You can find Cluster Technology at 67 1 on Andrahalli Main Road, right at the corner of the 1st Cross. We are in a small shopfront that faces the main street. It’s a busy spot because Andrahalli has grown so much lately. We mostly handle tech repairs and small sales from this location. My workbench is right in the window so I can get the best light for looking at small circuits and motherboards. It’s often cluttered with screwdrivers, spare parts, and half-finished projects. People from the neighborhood drop in with their laptops or phones that stopped working. I’ve been living and working in this part of Bangalore for a long time, so I know most of the shop owners on the 1st Cross. The rain often floods the road a bit, so we have a high step at the front door to keep the water out. We don’t have a receptionist; if you walk in, you’ll usually find me or one of the guys with our heads down over a piece of hardware. We keep a small kettle in the back for making tea when there is a break in the work. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We don’t have fancy uniforms or corporate policies. We just fix what is broken and tell people the truth about whether it’s worth the cost or not. We have been at this same desk for years and we like it that way.
