Club Mahindra Resort Coorg

We are located down in Punalur, in the Kollam district of Kerala. It’s a beautiful part of the world, though it can get very humid and rainy during the monsoon season. Our work for Club Mahindra Resort Coorg is tied to the resort life, even though our address here is in Punalur. We deal with a lot of the logistical side of things for people coming to visit the area. It’s a lot of coordinating transport and making sure guests know where they are going. Kerala is a big place and tourists can get lost easily. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just where we handle the bookings and the phone calls. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but that’s just part of living and working in a more rural area. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just tell people what they can expect when they arrive. The staff here are mostly locals who know the roads and the best places to see around Kollam and beyond. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure that the people who come to us have a decent experience while they are exploring this part of the country. It is a long way from the city, but we like the quiet here when we can get it.
