Classic Tours & Travels

We are based over at 136 Indira Nagar, right near Tukaram Paduka Chowk on F C Road. It is a busy spot, and there is always something going on outside our door. Most days we are just here handling the usual travel stuff that people need help with. If someone wants to book a train ticket or find a decent hotel for a weekend away, they usually just walk in and ask. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. It isn't a very big office, but it works for what we do. People in the neighborhood know us because we have been around for a while now. We try to keep things simple and just get the bookings done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone lines act up, which can be annoying when a customer is waiting. We just deal with it as it comes. It is mostly about making sure people get where they need to go, whether it is for work or a holiday with their family. We keep a stack of brochures on the desk, but half the time people already know where they want to go before they even step inside. We just handle the paperwork and the messy details so they do not have to worry about the technical parts of the trip.
