Classic Property Developers

Our office is at 751 Koramangala 14Th Cross, which puts us right inside the Doddanna Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and people moving things around all day. Classic Property Developers has been operating from here for some time now. The building isn't the newest, but it works for us. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through papers. Sometimes the fans make a lot of noise, but we’re used to it. The 14th Cross gets really crowded around lunchtime when everyone from the other industrial units comes out to eat. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old metal filing cabinets that are quite full. It's not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. Most of the people around here know us by now. We usually keep the front door open to get some air because it can get a bit stuffy inside. It’s just how things are in this part of Koramangala. There’s always someone stopping by to ask for directions or just to say hello. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. If you find the Doddanna Industrial Estate, you're pretty much there. It’s a simple way of working, but it keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood.
