Classic Homes Bangalore

Even though our name is Classic Homes Bangalore, we’re actually based out of Palakkad in Kerala. The office is at Rajasekhar 10/571 in Sree Guna Maruvapadam, right in the Kannady area. It’s a bit confusing for some people, but it’s just how we ended up. We mostly deal with house stuff—building them, fixing them, and helping people figure out where they want to live in the district. Construction is a messy business. We spend a lot of time out in the sun or dealing with bags of cement and piles of sand. Our clothes usually have some dirt on them by the end of the day. We aren't a big firm with architects in suits. We’re more about the practical side of things, making sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak when the monsoon hits. Palakkad can get really hot, so we usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We work with local laborers who know the land and the materials well. There’s no big marketing team here; it’s just a couple of us in the office answering the phone and writing down numbers on paper pads. We’ve built a few places around here now, and you can see them if you drive through the neighborhood. It’s slow work but we like seeing a house come together from nothing. We just take it project by project without much fuss.
