We are located out at Swiss Town, right by the Hollywood Junction on the Devanahalli Road. It’s quite a way out from the main city of Bangalore, but that’s actually what makes it work for us. The drive out here has changed a lot over the years with all the new construction and the airport being so close. We manage the property here and it takes up most of our time just keeping the place tidy and running. It’s a big area to cover, so you’ll usually see us walking around checking on things. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us local folks making sure everything is in order. The gardens need a lot of water and the guest rooms need to be ready every day. It gets dusty because of the road work outside sometimes, but we do our best to keep it clean. People come here when they need a break from the city or if they have a flight to catch early in the morning. We don't do anything fancy, just standard work to keep the place going. We have been here long enough to see the trees we planted grow tall. The junction gets pretty jammed during peak hours, but inside the gates, it stays calm. We just handle the day-to-day stuff like fixing leaks or organizing the staff shifts. It’s a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time without too much stress.
