Cjiva Technologies Private Limited is located over in Tower 13 of the L&T Raintree Blvd Apartments. We are down on the ground level, Flat No 004. Being right there on Bellary Main Road means we are always near the action, even if the apartment complex itself feels like its own little world once you get past the gates. It’s a massive place, so sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find our specific tower. We spend a lot of our day here, just working away on our projects. The flat has been converted into a workspace that fits us just right. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because, well, it is an apartment. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, though the Bengaluru traffic on the main road can be a bit loud sometimes. Most of us commute from different parts of the city, so we are all too familiar with the Bellary road traffic jams. We keep it pretty informal inside. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We are more interested in solving problems than looking like we belong in a boardroom. It’s just a group of us sitting around with our laptops, drinking way too much chai and trying to get things finished on time. We don't have any big speeches or grand plans, we just take it one day at a time and see where we get.
