Civil Lead

Civil Lead is situated at 35/461 on Old Fish Market Road. Don’t let the name of the road fool you; it’s mostly just shops and offices these days, though you can still find some chaos if you look for it. Jayanagar is a big area, and this specific corner is always buzzing with some kind of activity. Our space is functional and a bit cramped, honestly. We have drafting tables and a few computers squeezed into the rooms. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps. You can hear the motorcycles zooming past the window all day long. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’re basically standing right in the middle of our workspace. We keep our coffee mugs on our desks and there are always scraps of paper with scribbled notes lying around. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Most of us have worked here long enough to know the quirks of the building, like which floorboards creak and which switch works the hallway light. We don’t do things in a very formal way here. We just dress comfortably and get to work. It’s a practical way to run a business like Civil Lead. The day usually ends with us tidying up just enough to be able to find our keyboards the next morning.
