City Tours & Travels

City Tours & Travels is based over at 49/1 Basavanagudi. We are on Kalpana Chawla Road, which is right opposite the Central Bank of India. It’s a nice part of the city with old trees, but the parking can be a bit of a headache for our drivers sometimes. We sit here most days answering the phone and trying to get people's travel plans sorted out without too much trouble. Our office has a few maps on the walls and a lot of notebooks filled with flight times and bus schedules. We deal with everything from booking a quick car for a wedding to helping someone get a train ticket for a long trip back home. The phone rings a lot, and there is always someone coming in to ask about prices or routes. We keep a few chairs out front for people to wait while we check the computer systems. It’s a busy environment, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We try to keep things simple and just tell people the facts about their trips. The desk is usually covered in sticky notes and pens that don't always work. We are just a local team that knows the roads well and spends the day making sure people get to where they need to go without getting lost.
