City Land Developers

We are located at number 26 in Sultanpalya. Our office is right on Raheja Cross Road. It is a busy street with lots of people moving around. City Land Developers has been in this spot for some time. We aren't one of those massive companies with a glass skyscraper. It’s just a regular office where we look at maps and talk about land. The walls are covered with some site plans and a calendar. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby. We usually have people coming in to ask about plots or paperwork. Sultanpalya is a good central area for us. We know the local streets and how the land is changing around here. The office has a few desks and some plastic chairs for visitors. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to get work done. Sometimes we are out on sites most of the day, so the office stays quiet. Other times it is full of people talking at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. The Raheja Cross Road can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, so we usually tell people to come early. We’ve been part of this neighborhood long enough to see a lot of buildings go up. It’s a practical business. We focus on the details of the land and the local rules.
