It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s easy enough to find once you are in Kalasipalyam. The building is one of those larger ones where several different companies have their space, so it can get a bit crowded near the entrance. Our part of it is usually full of maps, papers, and people typing away. It’s not a quiet library, but it’s not a construction site either. We’ve been here since the extension was relatively new. Richmond Town has changed quite a bit over the years, but our office stays pretty much the same. We have the usual stuff like desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few plants that someone remembers to water once a week. We don't bother with expensive office furniture or fancy art. As long as the chairs are comfortable enough to sit in for a few hours, we are fine. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we get a lot of different people coming through the doors for various reasons. We don't have a script for how we talk to visitors. We just say hello and ask how we can help. It's a very practical environment for us. We don't have big meetings to talk about goals or strategies.
