We've been at 15 Infantry Road for quite a while now. Our office is right on the ground floor, which makes it pretty easy for people to just wander in when they're passing by on the sidewalk. Citilines Real Estate And Promoters is essentially just a small team of us working on local property stuff. It gets really busy around here because Infantry Road is a main artery and there is always something moving outside. Most days, we’re just sitting at our desks, looking over piles of paperwork or taking calls from folks asking about the latest plots and houses available in the city. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down or the traffic noise outside gets a bit too loud to hear on the phone, but we like it here. It's a very practical spot for us to work from. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing with big presentations. We just talk to people about what they need and see what’s currently available in the neighborhood. Most of our day is spent double-checking listings and making sure all the files are in the right order. Sometimes a neighbor from one of the other shops stops in just to chat about how the local market is doing lately. It’s a straightforward job that keeps us on our toes. We handle the promoting side of things too, which involves a lot of coordination and phone calls. The ground floor location is great because we get a good look at the street.
