Citi Tours & Travel

We are located in Banaswadi, right near the Federal Bank. It is a handy location because everyone knows where the bank is. Citi Tours & Travel is a small operation, mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks and sorting out travel plans. Whether it is a bus ticket or a car rental, we just get it sorted. We are not one of those big online sites where you cannot talk to a real person. If you come into the office, you will probably see me or one of my colleagues drinking a coffee and looking at maps or schedules. The office is simple and a bit cluttered with folders and old calendars. Banaswadi is a nice area to work in, it has a bit of a neighborhood feel compared to the city center. We get a lot of regulars who live nearby and just want to book a trip without any hassle. We do not use fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell you what the price is and what the timing looks like. It is a practical way to run a travel desk. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet is slow, but we always manage to get the tickets printed out eventually. We have been here for years and we plan to stay put. It is a decent living and we like the people we meet every day.
