Cistem Dynamic Solutions is located in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically in the 3rd Lane of Gulabshah Estate on LBS Marg, at 172-A. Being in Peenya means we are surrounded by factories and heavy machinery all day long. The noise of the industrial estate is something you just live with, from the hum of generators to the sound of trucks reversing in the narrow lanes. We work on technical solutions and industrial parts, which involves a lot of time spent at our desks or out on the shop floor checking equipment. Our space is more functional than pretty, with concrete floors and metal shelving holding various components and tools. It’s often quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the shutters open to get some air moving through the place. We deal with a lot of other businesses in the area, so there is a constant flow of people coming in to pick up parts or talk about technical specs. The traffic on LBS Marg can be a nightmare during peak hours, which sometimes delays our deliveries, but that’s just part of being in this part of the city. We don't have a corporate office vibe here; it's a place where work gets done and everyone wears comfortable clothes. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure we don't fall behind on the orders that come through each week.
