Getting to Peenya Industrial Area in the morning is always a bit of a struggle with the Bangalore traffic. We are located at No 320 on 8th Cross, which is part of the 4th Phase. Cimtrix Systems Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. The building is like most others in this part of Karnataka—solid, functional, and full of the sound of work. We deal with systems and technical stuff, so there is usually a lot of wiring and testing going on in the back. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Most of us are in old t-shirts or work shirts because things can get a bit dusty. We have a small area for meetings, but mostly we are at our benches. The 8th Cross can get cramped when the big lorries come through to unload. We know the neighbors well, and we usually grab tea from the stall at the corner. It is a noisy, busy environment, but we like the energy of the industrial area. We do not have a fancy website team, so we just focus on the technical side of the business. If the machines are running and the clients are okay, then we are happy. That is how we have always done things here in Peenya. It is a lot of hard work but it keeps us busy.
