Down here in Tirunelveli, things are a bit different than the big cities. We’re located in Ponvizhanagar, specifically the Anbunagar Extension at MB 9. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quite peaceful during the day. We do software systems work. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. We have computers in what used to be the living room and the bedrooms are now small offices. It’s a bit cozy but we like it that way. Most of the staff are local people from around Tamilnadu. We speak a mix of English and Tamil in the office. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk about it. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the neighborhood grow. There’s a nice garden outside where we sit sometimes when we need a break from the screens. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build software and help people fix their systems. It’s honest work. We have our regulars who come to us for help. The heat can get pretty intense here in the summer, but we have good fans and some cool drinks to keep us going. It’s a friendly place to work. We don't bother with marketing much. We just focus on what's in front of us.
