Being near a school means the mornings and afternoons are very loud with kids and buses. It gives the area a lot of energy. Our office is on the 4th Cross, which is a typical Bangalore street with its fair share of potholes and parked scooters. We are just a group of engineers working out of this building. It is not a shiny tech park office. We have our desks and our drawings and we just get on with it. RT Nagar is a busy place, and getting through the traffic to get here is part of the daily routine. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some local tea. It’s a very practical workspace. We’ve been in this layout for a while now, so we are part of the scenery. The neighbors know us, and we know them. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are just people who like engineering. Our office feels lived-in and real. It’s where we spend our hours solving problems and talking shop. It’s a simple space but it is ours and it works perfectly for us.
