Cicada Resorts

We are over in Marathahalli. It gets really crowded out here so having Cicada Resorts tucked away is kind of nice. I’ve been working here a while now. Most days it’s just about keeping the rooms clean and making sure people have what they need when they arrive. We don’t do anything too fancy, just the basics that people expect when they want to get out of the city for a bit. There’s a lot of traffic around Bangalore these days so finding a spot that’s easy to get to matters. We have some trees around and it feels a bit quieter than the main road. My boss started this place years back. It’s grown some since then but we still try to keep it simple. Sometimes the internet is slow or a lightbulb goes out, but we fix it as fast as we can. People come here for weddings sometimes or just to hang out with family. We see a lot of local folks from the IT companies nearby. It’s a job like any other but it feels good when someone says they had a decent sleep. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just us here on the grounds every day. We try to keep the grass green and the water running. It’s not much more complicated than that really. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in the Marathahalli area, easy to spot if you know where to turn for the driveway.
